Legal Letters

Several nationally-notable environmental organization have provided comment to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the St. Johns River Water Management District, Volusia County, and others that they are in violation of numerous provisions of federal law. The letter was sent in February 2016, and still they have not answered.
